The buoy type energy collector comprises a shell and a scissor-fork type lifting table, the scissor-fork type lifting table is connected with the shell, the scissor-fork type lifting table is connected with a connecting rod, the connecting rod is connected with a buoy, a first magnet is arranged on the scissor-fork type lifting table, a piezoelectric plate is arranged on the shell, a second magnet is arranged on the piezoelectric plate, and a magnet array is arranged on the scissor-fork type lifting table. And a coil array is arranged on the shell. The power supply system comprises the float type energy collector, the piezoelectric plate is connected with the piezoelectric rectifying circuit, the coil array is connected with the electromagnetic rectifying circuit, and the piezoelectric rectifying circuit and the electromagnetic rectifying circuit are both connected with the DC-DC voltage regulating circuit and the energy storage circuit. The device has the beneficial effects that external wave excitation is converted into scaling of the shear fork type lifting platform, mechanical energy is converted into electric energy to be output in combination with an electromagnetic and piezoelectric power generation structure, wave energy in the vertical direction can be collected, and high conversion efficiency is achieved.
