The invention provides a wing structure deformation reconstruction method and system based on neutral plane calibration, and relates to the technical field of fiber bragg grating strain monitoring, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a wing structure, and carrying out the optical fiber sensor network layout of the wing structure; carrying out load loading on the surface of the wing structure, and obtaining the central wavelength offset of the optical fiber sensor and the displacement value of each optical fiber sensor measuring point; the displacement increment of each measuring point relative to the previous measuring point is calculated by using the displacement value of each optical fiber sensor measuring point, and neutral surface positions of all the measuring points are calculated through sequential recursion of the displacement increment and curvature information from the first measuring point; strain values of measuring points of all optical fiber sensors are calculated through the optical fiber grating strain measuring principle and the central wavelength offset, the strain values of all the measuring points are converted into curvatures according to the neutral face positions of all the measuring points and the curvature conversion principle, a deformation curve is recursively reconstructed on the basis of a coordinate conversion equation of a three-dimensional curve, and the deformation curve is obtained. And curved surface reconstruction of the wing structure is realized.

    本公开提供了基于中性面标定的机翼结构变形重构方法及系统,涉及光纤光栅应变监测技术领域,包括获取机翼结构,并对机翼结构进行光纤传感器网络布局;对机翼结构表面进行载荷加载,获取光纤传感器中心波长偏移量以及各光纤传感器测点的位移值;用各光纤传感器测点的位移值计算得到各测点相对于上一个测点的位移增量,从第一个测点开始通过位移增量和曲率信息依次递推计算出所有测点处的中性面位置;通过光纤光栅应变测量原理,利用中心波长偏移量计算得到各光纤传感器测点的应变值,根据各测点的中性面位置,利用曲率转换原理,将各测点的应变值转换为曲率,基于三维曲线的坐标转换方程,递推重构出变形曲线,实现机翼结构的曲面重构。
