The invention relates to the technical field of interception, aims to solve the problem of how to optimize the structural design of launching an arresting object, and provides a spraying mechanism, a tractor and an arresting device. The injection mechanism comprises an energy storage assembly, an injection assembly and a valve assembly. The energy storage assembly comprises a containing piece, and the containing piece is provided with an output part. The spraying assembly comprises a shell part and a spraying part, and the shell part and the containing part define a closed cavity. The valve assembly comprises a valve element piece, a first elastic piece and a movable piece. The valve element piece comprises a sealing part and a moving part. The first elastic piece elastically abuts against the moving part. The movable part movably abuts against one end, opposite to the first elastic part, of the movable part. According to the jetting mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the output part is opened, the output part communicates with the closed cavity, the jetting object enters the closed cavity and is jetted out of the jetting piece to provide counter-acting force, and therefore the structure, providing power for the blocking object, of the jetting mechanism is optimized and improved; the effects that the spraying mechanism is convenient to carry and the blocking object is flexibly and efficiently launched are achieved.
