The overturning tool and the anvil can stably rotate around the auxiliary rope winding pile in the hoisting state, the anvil can be overturned from the upward conical surface to the downward conical surface without additionally welding a lifting lug, the effect that the anvil is overturned from the downward conical surface to the upward conical surface can also be achieved, the safety risk in the overturning process is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved. And a powerful guarantee is provided for overturning and subsequent processing of the anvil for the large offshore pile hammer.
