According to the pump pressure propelling system capable of accurately regulating and controlling the flow, the rotating speed regulation and control are achieved based on flow feedback, the flow output of the space micropump is stabilized within 0.5%, the thrust stability of the system is improved, the thrust value can be accurately controlled, and relatively constant thrust can be provided. And meanwhile, the high-resolution flow regulation and control precision can achieve accumulation of the consumption amount and the remaining amount of the propellant, the remaining amount of the propellant in the storage tank is obtained through accurate calculation, and the remaining amount estimation precision can reach 1%.
