本申请实施例提供了一种车辆荷载下中小桥梁动态响应的前触式监测方法及系统,基于设置在所述中小桥梁上的第一视频采集装置对行驶在路面上的即将上桥车辆进行视频捕获,得到第一视频流;基于设置在所述中小桥梁上的第二视频采集装置对所述中小桥梁的桥面进行视频捕获,得到第二视频流;对所述第一视频流进行目标识别,以确定所述即将上桥车辆的车辆类型;若所述车辆类型对应超限和/或超载车辆,则生成预警信号;基于所述预警信号,触发设置在所述中小桥梁下方的位移计进行所述中小桥梁的挠度数据的采集,以对所述即将上桥车辆行驶到桥面上后所述中小桥梁的结构整体性和运营安全状态进行预测,实现了运营风险的提前感知,保障了桥梁结构安全运行。

    The embodiment of the invention provides a front touch type monitoring method and system for dynamic response of a small and medium-sized bridge under a vehicle load, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the video capture of a vehicle which is about to get on the bridge and runs on a road surface based on a first video collection device disposed on the small and medium-sized bridge, and obtaining a first video stream; based on a second video acquisition device arranged on the small and medium-sized bridge, performing video capture on the bridge surface of the small and medium-sized bridge to obtain a second video stream; performing target identification on the first video stream to determine the vehicle type of the vehicle to get on the bridge; if the vehicle type corresponds to an overrun and/or overload vehicle, generating an early warning signal; and based on the early warning signal, triggering a displacement meter arranged below the small and medium-sized bridge to collect deflection data of the small and medium-sized bridge so as to predict the structural integrity and the operation safety state of the small and medium-sized bridge after the vehicle to get on the bridge runs on the bridge floor, so that the operation risk is sensed in advance, and the operation safety of the small and medium-sized bridge is improved. And safe operation of the bridge structure is ensured.
