The invention discloses a disc brake which comprises a shaft sleeve, a guide pin shaft, a brake caliper, an iron core, a friction plate, a brake disc, an armature, a brake spring, a machine base, a gap adjusting mechanism and a guide pin shaft mounting screw. The guide pin shaft is fixed on the base through the guide pin shaft mounting screw, the outer ring of the shaft sleeve is fastened in a pin hole of the brake caliper and can slide on the guide pin shaft, and the iron core is fixedly connected with the brake caliper; the gap adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting spring, a spring mounting seat, a fastener, a gap adjusting screw and a locking nut; a mounting hole is formed in the spring mounting seat, and a fastener penetrates through the mounting hole to be connected with the guide pin shaft, so that the inner surface of the spring mounting seat is tightly attached to the end surface of the guide pin shaft, and the two end surfaces of the adjusting spring are respectively pressed on the brake caliper and the spring mounting seat; the gap adjusting screw is arranged between the machine base and the brake caliper and used for adjusting the gap between the friction plate and the brake disc in the brake releasing state. The locking nut is used for fixing the gap adjusting screw.

    本发明公开了一种盘式制动器,包括轴套、导向销轴、制动钳、铁心、摩擦片、制动盘、衔铁、制动弹簧、机座、间隙调整机构以及导向销轴安装螺钉;所述导向销轴通过导向销轴安装螺钉固定在机座上,所述轴套外圈紧固在制动钳的销孔中,可在导向销轴上滑动,所述铁心与制动钳固接在一起;所述间隙调整机构包括调整弹簧、弹簧安装座、紧固件、间隙调整螺钉和锁紧螺母;所述弹簧安装座上设有安装孔,紧固件穿过安装孔与导向销轴相连,使弹簧安装座内表面与导向销轴端面贴紧,将调整弹簧两端面分别压紧在制动钳和弹簧安装座上;间隙调整螺钉设置在机座与制动钳之间,用于在松闸状态下调节摩擦片和制动盘之间的间隙;锁紧螺母用于固定间隙调整螺钉。
