The invention relates to a rhombic main truss deviation structure of a bridge deck crane spliced by steel beam cantilevers, which belongs to the technical field of bridge deck cranes and is characterized in that for a steel box stiffening variable cross-section through steel box girder, the structural form is that the middle is of a box truss structure, and the two sides are of a cantilever flange large spreading wing form. Due to the influence of the middle main truss, the bridge deck crane cannot adopt a transverse integrated bridge deck crane used when a conventional steel truss girder or a steel box girder bridge is used for erecting a mid-span section, and only separated cranes on the two sides of the main truss can be adopted for hoisting the steel beam section, namely, the two bridge deck cranes hoist the mid-span steel beam section on double-crane parallel cantilevers on the two sides of the main truss; the two machines are symmetrically arranged about the center line of the bridge. The height-width ratio in the structural size of a single deck crane is large, so that the transverse stability and the wind resistance of the two deck cranes are poor when the two deck cranes are hoisted in parallel.

    本发明涉及一种钢梁悬臂拼装的桥面吊机菱形主桁偏位结构,属于桥面吊机技术领域,对于钢箱加劲变截面下承式钢箱梁,其结构型式为中间为箱桁结构,两侧为悬臂翼缘大展翅形式。由于中间主桁的影响,桥面吊机不能采用常规的钢桁梁或钢箱梁桥架设中跨节段时所用的横向一体式桥面吊机,仅可采用主桁两侧分离式吊机吊装钢梁节段,即两台桥面吊机在主桁两侧双机并联悬臂抬吊中跨钢梁节段,双机以桥梁中心线对称布置。单台桥面吊机的结构尺寸中高宽比值较大,使得两台桥面吊机并联吊装时其横向稳定性和抗风能力均差。
