The embodiment of the invention provides a safety monitoring system for a tower crane. Comprising a tower crane, at least one sensor is installed on the tower crane and used for collecting operation data of the tower crane in real time, and the operation data comprise a plurality of working condition parameters of the tower crane; the terminal box is installed at a terminal and used for receiving the operation data in real time and encrypting and transmitting the multiple pieces of operation data to the Internet of Things platform through a preset protocol; the internet of things platform comprises a remote monitoring device, and the material network platform is used for judging whether the plurality of working condition parameters exceed a preset safety threshold value or not according to the encrypted operation data; under the condition that any working condition parameter exceeds a corresponding preset safety threshold value, obtaining a regulation and control parameter input by a user through a remote monitoring device; and generating a corresponding parameter regulation and control instruction according to the regulation and control parameter, and sending the parameter regulation and control instruction to the tower crane, so that the tower crane executes corresponding parameter regulation according to the parameter regulation and control instruction. Through the safety monitoring system, remote and mobile real-time debugging of the tower crane is realized.

    本申请实施例提供一种用于塔机的安全监测系统。包括:塔机,塔机安装有至少一个传感器,用于实时采集塔机的作业数据,作业数据包括塔机的多个工况参数;终端盒子,安装于终端,用于实时接收作业数据,并将多个作业数据通过预设协议加密传输至物联网平台;物联网平台,包括远程监测装置,物料网平台用于根据加密后的作业数据判断多个工况参数是否超过预设安全阈值;在任意一个工况参数超过对应的预设安全阈值的情况下,通过远程监测装置获取用户输入的调控参数;根据调控参数生成对应的参数调控指令,将参数调控指令发送至塔机,以使塔机根据参数调控指令执行相应的参数调整。通过安全监测系统,实现了对塔机的远程,移动化的实时调试。
