The strength deformation synchronous detector comprises a supporting seat, an extrusion seat and a contact area adjusting unit are arranged on the supporting seat in a sliding mode, and the contact area adjusting unit is arranged at the front end of the extrusion seat; the stress deformation synchronous detection unit is arranged on the extrusion seat; the contact area adjusting unit comprises a first extrusion plate and two second extrusion plates, the first extrusion plate and the second extrusion plates are movably matched at the front end of the extrusion seat, the two second extrusion plates are folded below the first extrusion plate, and the first extrusion plate and the second extrusion plates form a double-layer structure; or the two second extrusion plates are spliced on the peripheral side of the first extrusion plate, and the first extrusion plate and the second extrusion plates form a single-layer structure. The objective of the invention is to solve the problem that the performance of different elevator accessories is inconvenient to test in the on-site installation process.

    本发明属于电梯结构强度检测设备技术领域,具体涉及强度形变同步检测仪及检测方法。其中强度形变同步检测仪包括:支撑座,支撑座上滑动设置有挤压座,接触面积调节单元,接触面积调节单元设置在挤压座的前端;受力形变同步检测单元,受力形变同步检测单元设置在挤压座上;接触面积调节单元包括一块第一挤压板和两块第二挤压板,第一挤压板和第二挤压板在挤压座的前端活动匹配设置:两块第二挤压板收折在第一挤压板下方,第一挤压板与第二挤压板形成双层结构;或者,两块第二挤压板拼接在第一挤压板的周侧,第一挤压板与第二挤压板形成单层结构。其目的是解决在现场安装过程中对不同的电梯配件的性能测试不便的问题。
