The novel fuel pump unloading groove design device comprises gears, an inlet, an integrated clamping block, a flow guide plate and a mounting piece, the two gears are arranged, unloading grooves are formed in the upper ends and the lower ends of the front sides of the two gears, the inlet is formed in the joint of the lower ends of the two gears, and clamping grooves are symmetrically formed in the left end and the right end in the inlet; the number of the integrated clamping blocks is two, rubber installation grooves are formed in the opposite inner ends of the two integrated clamping blocks, elastic rubber protruding strips are installed in the two rubber installation grooves, and the flow guide plate is fixed between the two integrated clamping blocks. Compared with a gear pump without an unloading groove and a traditional rectangular unloading groove gear pump, the designed novel unloading groove gear pump can effectively reduce the total volume fraction of gas in a flow field in the gear pump under the condition that the mass flow rate is not affected, and harm caused by cavitation is weakened; the pulsation coefficient of the gear pump can be effectively reduced, and the output flow quality is improved.

    本发明提供一种降低空化的新型燃油泵卸荷槽设计装置,包括齿轮、入口、一体式卡接块、导流板以及安装片,齿轮设置有两个,两个齿轮前侧上下端开设有卸荷槽,入口设在两个齿轮下端连接处,入口内部左右端对称开设有卡接槽,一体式卡接块设置有两个,两个一体式卡接块相对内端均开设有橡胶安装槽,两个橡胶安装槽内均安装有弹力橡胶凸条,导流板固定在两个一体式卡接块之间,本发明所设计的新型卸荷槽齿轮泵相比无卸荷槽齿轮泵和传统矩形卸荷槽齿轮泵,在不影响质量流量的情况下,能够有效降低了齿轮泵内流场的气体总体体积分数,减弱空化带来的危害;而且能够有效降低齿轮泵脉动系数,提高输出流量品质。
