The iris assembly is arranged at the position of the transmission gear, the emergency stop assembly and the limiting assembly are arranged at the hoisting position, and the diameter of the transmission gear can be changed through the iris assembly; therefore, the transmission ratio can be automatically adjusted, the load of the motor and the gear can be reduced, meanwhile, the hoisting speed can be controlled within a stable range, the equipment operation stability is improved, meanwhile, the equipment intelligence is improved, the swing amplitude of the loop chain is further reduced through the limiting assembly, the sudden stop mechanism is arranged at the hoisting position in an opposite supporting mode, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. And when equipment fails, automatic sudden stop can be realized to guarantee the safety of workers.
