The invention discloses a pipeline hoisting tool and method in a narrow environment, the tool comprises a stand column, lifting lugs, hoisting equipment and a hoisting belt, the lifting lugs are respectively arranged on the stand column and a pipeline, the bottom of the stand column is fixed, the hoisting equipment is arranged at the top of the stand column, one end of the hoisting belt is connected with the hoisting equipment, and the hoisting belt sequentially penetrates through the lifting lugs of the stand column and the lifting lugs of the pipeline; the method comprises the steps of S1, site survey; s2, determining a stand column material according to the size, length and weight of the steel pipe; s3, manufacturing a lifting lug, and checking the safety of the lifting lug; s4, the lifting lugs are connected to the stand columns and the lifted steel pipe materials correspondingly; s5, mounting a stand column; s6, hoisting equipment is hung, and the steel pipe is hoisted through a hoisting belt; s7, after being in place, butt joint is carried out, spot welding is carried out, and then welding operation is carried out; s8, welding is finished, work is completed, and welding seams are checked; the invention provides the pipeline hoisting tool and method which can be used for construction in a narrow space and are efficient.
