According to the scheme, S1, it is confirmed that all mechanisms and states of crown blocks can meet synchronous operation, the crown blocks comprise the first crown block, the second crown block and the third crown block, and large axle frames of the first crown block, the second crown block and the third crown block abut against one another; s2, the first crown block, the second crown block and the third crown block are connected with a device which is hoisted through the three crown block hoists correspondingly; s3, simultaneously operating the three crown blocks, hoisting equipment in a horizontal state, enabling a heavy object to suspend at a distance of about 10cm from the ground, unloading after 5 minutes, testing for three times, and checking that the crane and the steel structure part of the factory building do not have plastic deformation; s4, carrying out a dynamic load experiment; and S5, officially hoisting the equipment. And the effect of large-volume and heavy-weight transportation is achieved by utilizing a plurality of crown blocks.
本发明涉及吊装装置的使用方法,尤其涉及一种天车三机抬吊吊装装置的使用方法。采用如下方案:S1、确认天车的各个机构、状态能够满足同步运行,其中,天车包括第一天车、第二天车和第三天车,第一天车、第二天车和第三天车的大车桥架紧靠设置;S2、将第一天车、第二天车和第三天车分别与使用天车三机抬吊吊装的装置连接;S3、同时运行三台天车,以水平状态起吊设备,使重物悬空离地10cm左右,历时5min后卸载,测试三次,检查起重机及厂房钢结构部分不得有塑性形变;S4、动负荷实验;S5、正式吊装设备。利用多台天车,达到大体积、大重量运输的效果。
