The invention discloses an aircraft anti-shake oil tank based on a shape memory polymer and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of aircrafts. The fuel tank solves the problem that the flight safety of an aircraft is affected due to the fact that fuel oil of a traditional aircraft fuel tank shakes seriously. The oil tank body is made of shape memory polymer materials, the outer wall of the oil tank body is covered with a heating film in the circumferential direction in a shape follow-up mode, the oil tank cover is integrally and fixedly installed at the top end of the oil tank body, the bearing plate is horizontally and fixedly installed above the oil tank cover, the lifting mechanism is arranged on the outer side of the oil tank body, and a movable part in the lifting mechanism is fixedly connected with the bearing plate. The lifting mechanism lifts to drive the bearing plate to move up and down, and uniform stress is provided for deformation of the oil tank body. Compared with a traditional aircraft fuel tank, the characteristic that the shape of the fuel tank is fixed is changed, the shape of the aircraft fuel tank can be adjusted at will, shaking of the fuel tank is effectively reduced, the gravity center of an aircraft is kept stable, and the safety performance of the aircraft is greatly improved.

    一种基于形状记忆聚合物的飞行器防晃油箱及其使用方法,属于飞行器技术领域。本发明解决了传统飞行器燃油箱存在的燃油晃动问题严重,导致影响飞行器飞行安全的问题。油箱主体为形状记忆聚合物材质,油箱主体的外壁沿其周向随形覆有加热膜,油箱盖一体固装在油箱主体的顶端,承载板水平固装在油箱盖上方,升降机构布置在油箱主体的外侧,且升降机构中的活动件与承载板固接,通过升降机构的升降带动承载板上下移动,为油箱主体的变形提供均匀应力。与传统飞行器燃油箱相比,改变了燃油箱形状固定不变的特点,实现飞行器油箱形状可随意调节,有效减少燃油箱晃动,维持飞行器重心稳定,大大提高了飞行器的安全性能。
