The invention provides a load-matched tire self-adaptive automatic inflation and deflation control system and method, and belongs to the technical field of tire automatic inflation and deflation control. The system comprises a vehicle-mounted control box and a tire; the vehicle-mounted control box is connected with a load measuring device, a tire pressure monitoring device and an automatic tire inflating and deflating device; the vehicle-mounted control box obtains the current tire load measured by the load measuring device, obtains the current tire air pressure value measured by the tire pressure monitoring device, and inputs the current tire load into a pre-stored tire abrasion loss mathematical model to obtain the optimal tire air pressure value; according to the relation between the current tire air pressure value and the optimal tire air pressure value, the needed inflation amount or deflation amount is calculated, and an automatic tire inflation and deflation device is controlled to conduct inflation or deflation operation on the tire. According to the method, the optimal tire pressure value is calculated on line through the tire abrasion loss mathematical model trained off line, self-adaptive inflation and deflation operation is carried out on the tire in real time, tire abrasion can be effectively reduced, and the economical efficiency of the tire is greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种载荷匹配的轮胎自适应自动充放气控制系统及方法,属于轮胎自动充放气控制技术领域,所述系统包括车载控制盒和轮胎;车载控制盒连接有载荷测量装置、胎压监测装置和轮胎自动充放气装置;车载控制盒获取载荷测量装置测量的轮胎当前载荷,获取胎压监测装置测量的轮胎当前气压值,并将轮胎当前载荷输入预先保存的轮胎磨损量数学模型中得到最优轮胎气压值,再根据轮胎当前气压值与最优轮胎气压值的关系计算需要充气量或放气量,控制轮胎自动充放气装置对轮胎进行充气或放气操作。本发明通过离线训练的轮胎磨损量数学模型,在线计算最优轮胎气压值,并实时对轮胎进行自适应充放气操作,可有效减少轮胎磨损,大大提高轮胎的经济性。
