The invention relates to an optimized configuration method for a road photovoltaic sound barrier storage and charging system based on an improved particle swarm algorithm, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a charge curve of a storage battery based on photovoltaic output and power utilization, carrying out the data compression and cycle index extraction through a rain flow counting method, and calculating the equivalent life of the storage battery according to an equivalent cycle life method; a constraint condition is analyzed and constructed, and a highway photovoltaic sound barrier storage and charging system capacity configuration model considering the energy storage life is established; the global and local search capabilities of particles are improved by improving the inertia weight, so that the number of storage batteries and charging piles forming the optimal configuration of the system is expected to be obtained. According to the method, the local search capability and the global search capability of the particles are enhanced by dynamically adjusting the inertia weight of the particle swarm, and meanwhile, the service life of the storage battery is predicted according to the hourly charge state of the storage battery, so that the capacity configuration method which better conforms to engineering practice is obtained.

    本发明涉及一种基于改进粒子群算法的公路光伏声屏障储充系统优化配置方法,基于光伏出力与用电,获取蓄电池荷电曲线,利用雨流计数法进行数据压缩和循环次数提取,进而根据等效循环寿命法计算其等效寿命;分析构建约束条件并建立计及储能寿命的公路光伏声屏障储充系统容量配置模型;通过改进惯性权重提高粒子的全局和局部搜索能力,以期获得构成系统最佳配置的蓄电池及充电桩数量。本发明通过动态调整粒子群的惯性权重来增强粒子的局部搜索能力和全局搜索能力,同时根据蓄电池的逐时荷电状态预测蓄电池的使用寿命,以求更加符合工程实际的容量配置方法。
