The design period can be greatly shortened, and an efficient means is provided for dynamic design and matching optimization of the multi-shaft propulsion system; according to the method, uncertainty factors of key parameters such as the bearing rigidity are considered, the global sensitivity of the parameters and the coupling degree between the parameters can be efficiently obtained, the contribution amount of the parameters to the vibration of the coupling system at each frequency band can be directly obtained, and the method has good engineering adaptability and application prospects in a complex multi-axis propulsion system.

    本发明涉及舰船声隐身技术领域,具体涉及一种船舶传动‑船体耦合振动系统半解析建模方法。本发明提出了一种面向螺旋桨‑轴系‑船体耦合系统建模和匹配设计的半解析方法,以各梁段积分系数作为传递对象,求解步骤简洁高效,该模型可作为多轴推进系统振动匹配设计的统一模型,该方法实施简便,具有良好的工程应用性,可大幅缩短设计周期,为多轴推进系统的动力学设计和匹配优化提供高效手段;本发明考虑了轴承刚度等关键参数的不确定性因素,可高效获取参数的全局敏感性和各参数间耦合程度,可直接获取各参数在各个频段处对耦合系统振动的贡献量,具有良好的工程适应性和在复杂多轴推进系统中的应用前景。
