The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated building construction, and particularly discloses a PC component stable hoisting device which comprises a hoisting beam and a hoisting assembly, a balance detection mechanism and a balance adjusting mechanism are arranged in the middle of the hoisting beam, the balance detection mechanism comprises a convex shaft fixed to the center of the hoisting beam, and a vertically-downward gravity rod is rotationally connected to the convex shaft; an arc-shaped resistor is fixed to the lower end of the hanging beam, a conductive contact block is arranged at the lower end of the gravity rod, and the arc-shaped resistor and the conductive contact block are both connected in series in a detection circuit; gravity blocks are connected to the lower ends of the telescopic pieces; according to the hoisting device, it is guaranteed that the PC component can be horizontally and stably hoisted, the PC component can be placed and assembled more easily, the balance adjusting mechanism is ingenious in structural design, and a better adjusting effect can be achieved for different unbalance degrees.

    本发明涉及装配式建筑施工技术领域,具体公开了一种PC构件稳定吊装装置,包括吊梁和吊装组件,吊梁的中间位置处设置有平衡检测机构和平衡调节机构,平衡检测机构包括固定在吊梁中心处的凸轴,凸轴上转动连接垂直向下的重力杆,吊梁的下端固定有弧形电阻,重力杆的下端设置有导电触块,弧形电阻和导电触块均串联在检测电路中,平衡调节机构包括转动设置在吊梁中心处的转轴,吊梁上设置有驱动组件,转轴的外端连接有垂直向下的伸缩件,伸缩件的下端连接有重力块;本发明公开的吊装装置保证PC构件能够水平稳定的进行吊装,使得PC构件的摆放和装配操作更加简单,其中的平衡调节机构结构设计巧妙,其对不同的失衡程度能够有着更好的调整效果。
