The invention provides a method for monitoring electric shaft torque, driving states of a vehicle are continuously obtained, the driving states of the vehicle comprise a two-wheel-drive state controlled by a first electric shaft and a four-wheel-drive state controlled by the first electric shaft and a second electric shaft, and the switching method of the driving states of the vehicle comprises the steps that the position of the output end of a second electric shaft is moved through a driving switching mechanism, the output end of the second electric shaft is combined with or separated from wheels of the vehicle; and continuously acquiring position information of the driving switching mechanism, and switching different torque monitoring methods of the second electric shaft according to the position information. The electric shaft torque monitoring method is switched through the position of the electronic clutch, and the safety level of an electric shaft monitoring scheme is improved.

    本发明提供一种监控电轴扭矩的方法,持续获取车辆的驱动状态,车辆的驱动状态包括由第一电轴控制的两驱状态以及第一、二电轴控制的四驱状态,车辆的驱动状态的切换方法包括:利用驱动切换机构移动第二电轴的输出端位置,使得第二电轴的输出端与车辆的车轮结合或脱离;持续获取驱动切换机构的位置信息,根据位置信息切换第二电轴不同的扭矩监控方法。本发明的通过电子离合器的位置切换电轴扭矩监控方法,提高了电轴监控方案的安全等级。
