The invention provides an airport refueling vehicle management system based on high-precision navigation positioning. The airport refueling vehicle management system comprises a ground base station module, a vehicle-mounted terminal module, a monitoring center module and a wireless data link module. The ground reference value module is used for receiving a satellite signal and calculating an observable satellite pseudo-range differential correction value; the vehicle-mounted terminal module is used for receiving a satellite signal and a pseudo-range differential correction value, calculating the situation information of a refueling vehicle in real time, and synchronously reporting the situation information of the vehicle to an airport scene monitoring system by combining an ADS-B OUT technology; the monitoring center module is used for visually monitoring and displaying the activity situation information of the refueled vehicle, providing services such as tracking and positioning of the refueled vehicle, remote monitoring, running track playback and the like, and providing intelligent scheduling service of the refueled vehicle; and the wireless data link module is used for broadcasting the differential correction value to the moving vehicle and transmitting information such as the real-time position and speed of the moving vehicle to a monitoring center.
