The invention relates to a claw buckle structure with bearing, anti-rotation and flexible unlocking functions. During installation, a claw buckle locking rod is inserted into a shell and matched with a key groove, corresponding to the claw buckle locking rod, of the shell, a locking piston is placed into a thrust piston, then a locking piece is placed into the thrust piston, a plug is screwed into the thrust piston, the plug abuts against the locking piece, and the claw buckle locking rod and the locking piece are locked; the locking piece needs to abut against the locking piston at the same time, then the assembled thrust piston is placed in the shell, the sealing cover is screwed into the shell along the outer threads of the shell, meanwhile, the sealing cover abuts against the thrust piston, and it is guaranteed that the conical surfaces of the four claws of the claw buckle locking rod abut against the conical surface of the locking piston. The claw buckle lock rod is adopted to replace a lock rod, a split nut and an anti-rotating pin in an existing separation nut, the number of the parts is reduced, and the installation process is simplified; the bearing separation function is achieved in a rigid bearing and flexible separation mode, large impact response caused by collision between structures is avoided in the working process, the whole separation process is stable, and the low-impact separation effect is remarkable.

    本发明涉及一种具有承载、防转和柔性解锁功能的爪扣结构,安装时,将爪扣锁杆插入壳体,并吻合壳体与爪扣锁杆对应的键槽,将锁定活塞放入推力活塞,然后将锁定片放入推力活塞中,将堵头拧入推力活塞,堵头应抵住锁定片,而锁定片同时需抵住锁定活塞,然后将装配好的推力活塞放入壳体中,将封盖沿壳体外螺纹拧入壳体,同时封盖应抵紧推力活塞,保证爪扣锁杆四爪的锥面与锁定活塞的锥面抵紧。本发明采用爪扣锁杆代替现有分离螺母中的锁杆、分瓣螺母和防转销三种零件,减少了零件数量、简化了安装过程;采用刚性承载、柔性分离的方式实现承载分离功能,工作时不会发生结构间的碰撞而导致产生较大冲击响应,整个分离过程平稳,低冲击分离效果显著。
