The invention discloses a dual-safety redundant tilt actuator of a tilt rotor unmanned aerial vehicle. The dual-safety redundant tilt actuator comprises a ball screw mechanism, a lug connector and a trunnion connector, wherein the lug connector and the trunnion connector are mounted on the ball screw mechanism; the lugs are fixedly connected to wing ribs of the wings, the trunnions are fixedly connected to the nacelles, and the ball screw mechanisms are configured to perform telescopic actions along with the ball screw mechanisms to synchronously drive the nacelles to correspondingly rotate; wherein the ball screw mechanism comprises a two-stage series ball screw and two independent driving mechanisms, and the two driving mechanisms are both configured to independently control the two-stage series ball screw to complete all telescopic actions, so that the operation of the aircraft is safer and more reliable; when any one stage of ball screw is damaged or stuck at a certain angle and the screw cannot be contracted, the other stage of ball screw can still operate normally, it is guaranteed that the nacelle can still rotate within a certain angle, the function of aircraft landing skating can be achieved, and an aircraft can land safely.

    本发明公开了一种倾转旋翼无人机双安全冗余倾转作动器,包括滚珠丝杠机构,以及安装在所述滚珠丝杠机构上的耳片连接和耳轴连接;耳片连接固定在机翼的翼肋上,耳轴连接固定在短舱上,滚珠丝杠机构配置成随其进行伸缩动作同步带动短舱进行对应旋转;其中,滚珠丝杠机构包括两级串联滚珠丝杠和两个独立的驱动机构,两个驱动结构均配置成能独立控制两级串联滚珠丝杠完成所有的伸缩动作,使得飞机的运行更加的安全可靠,当其中任意一级滚珠丝杠发生损坏或者卡死在某一角度导致丝杠不能收缩,这时候另一级滚珠丝杠还能正常运行,保证短舱还能在一定角度内旋转,可以实现飞机着陆滑跑的功能,使飞机能够安全着陆。
