The invention discloses an insect-imitating crawling robot device for arranging a temporary anti-falling rope by climbing a tower, and aims to provide a device for hanging the temporary anti-falling rope at the top of the tower by using a robot instead of an operator to climb the tower, so that the working intensity of the operator is reduced, and the problem that the operator who climbs the tower in the first place climbs the tower by hands is effectively solved. The insect-imitating crawling robot device solves the problem that the existing insect-imitating crawling robot device is not safe. The crawling mechanism comprises an upper mechanical arm, a lower mechanical arm and a crawling driving mechanism, wherein the upper mechanical arm and the lower mechanical arm are hinged through a hinge shaft, and the crawling driving mechanism drives the upper mechanical arm or the lower mechanical arm to rotate around the hinge shaft. One of the upper moving seat and the lower moving seat is hinged to the end part of the upper mechanical arm, and the other moving seat is hinged to the end part of the lower mechanical arm; the balance parts are in one-to-one correspondence with the moving seats, and each balance part comprises a left vertical balance plate or a right vertical balance plate or a vertical balance rod which is arranged on the corresponding moving seat; and the clamping jaw mechanisms are in one-to-one correspondence with the moving seats.
