The invention discloses a carriage top rail integrated ventilation structure which comprises a carriage top, a power assembly and a telescopic connecting pipeline. The top of the carriage comprises a shell formed by a top plate and a bottom plate, the shell is provided with a mounting groove penetrating through the top plate and the bottom plate, and the ventilation pipeline is arranged in the shell and communicated with ventilation holes in the bottom plate. The power assembly comprises a power block, the power block is clamped in the mounting groove through a mounting assembly, an internal groove is formed in the power block, an electric fan is arranged in the internal groove, an air inlet is formed in the top of the internal groove, and air outlets communicated with the internal groove are formed in the two opposite sides of the power block; a telescopic connecting pipeline is arranged at the air outlet on each side, one end of the telescopic connecting pipeline is connected with the ventilating pipeline, and the other end of the telescopic connecting pipeline can be inserted into the corresponding air outlet under the driving of the power driving device. According to the carriage top rail integrated ventilation structure, the whole structure is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the inspection and maintenance efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车厢顶轨一体化通风结构,包括车厢顶部、动力组件及可伸缩连接管道;车厢顶部包括由顶板和底板形成的壳体,壳体设有贯通顶板和底板的安装槽,通风管道设于壳体内且与底板上的通风孔连通;动力组件包括动力块,动力块通过安装组件卡接于安装槽内,动力块上设有内部槽,内部槽内设有电风扇,内部槽的顶部设有入风口,动力块相对的两侧均设有与内部槽相通的出风口;每侧出风口处均设有可伸缩连接管道,可伸缩连接管道的一端连接通风管道,可伸缩连接管道的另一端在动力驱动装置的驱动下可插接相应的出风口。本发明的车厢顶轨一体化通风结构,整体结构便于拆装,提高了检维修的效率。
