The invention relates to a robust design and control method based on a plug-in hybrid power bus assembly, and the method comprises the following steps: P1, determining the basic configuration of a hybrid power system of a PHEB, namely a plug-in hybrid power bus, and all components, and carrying out the model selection and mathematical modeling of an engine, a motor, a power battery and an AMT of a PHEB assembly; p2, determining a control variable and a state variable in the hybrid power system needing to solve the optimal control problem based on a PMP algorithm, and obtaining an optimal track and an optimal control vector; p3, according to a Taguchi robust collaborative design method, reducing a design domain; p4, performing optimization to obtain an optimal robust design value of the non-sensitive component; carrying out reliability verification on the obtained optimal robust design value of the non-sensitive component; and P5, based on a dSPACE hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform, establishing a hardware-in-the-loop simulation model suitable for the research content, and verifying the robust design value of the non-sensitive optimal component. According to the invention, the fuel economy and the dynamic property of the whole vehicle are effectively improved.

    本发明涉及基于插电式混合动力公交车组件稳健设计与控制方法,包括以下步骤:P1:确定PHEB的,即插电式混合动力公交车的混合动力系统基本构型及各组成部件,对PHEB组件的发动机、电机、动力电池、AMT进行选型和数学建模;P2:基于PMP算法确定需要求解最优控制问题的混合动力系统中的控制变量和状态变量,得到最优轨迹和最优控制向量;P3:根据田口稳健协同设计方法,缩减设计域;P4:进行优化得到非敏感型组件的最佳稳健设计值;对得到的非敏感型组件最佳稳健设计值进行可靠性验证;P5:基于dSPACE硬件在环仿真平台建立了适用于研究内容的硬件在环仿真模型,对非敏感型最佳组件稳健设计值进行验证。本发明有效的提升了燃油经济性和整车的动力性。
