The invention discloses a battery heating device and method and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of automobiles. The battery heating device comprises a three-phase motor, a motor controller, a distribution box and a DC bus capacitor. The wire outlet ends of the three-phase windings of the three-phase motor are respectively connected with the output ends of the three-phase bridge arms of the motor controller; the wire inlet ends of the three-phase windings are connected with one another; the wire outlet end of the first phase winding is also connected with one end of a first switch included in the distribution box; the first input end of the three-phase bridge arm is respectively connected with one end of the direct current bus capacitor, one end of a second switch included in the distribution box and one end of a resistor included in the distribution box; the other end of the resistor is connected with one end of a third switch included in the distribution box; the second input end of the three-phase bridge arm is respectively connected with the other end of the direct current bus capacitor and the negative electrode of the target battery; and the other ends of the first switch, the second switch and the third switch are connected with the positive electrode of the target battery. According to the embodiment of the invention, the vehicle cost can be reduced.
