The invention provides a shielding processing method for a satellite exit hole. The shielding processing method comprises the following steps: 1) cutting a shielding film according to the size of a blocked target exit hole; 2) carrying out trial assembly on a cabin outlet hole of a specific part by using a first layer of cut shielding film; (3) blocking the peripheral part of the specific part in the cabin exit hole by using a shielding film subjected to trial assembly, and pasting and sealing the open seam by using a single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape; 4) grounding is carried out; (5) pasting and sealing the periphery of the blocked shielding film on a cabin plate around the cabin exit hole by using a single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape; (6) pasting and sealing the periphery, in contact with the specific component, of the blocked shielding film by using a single-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape; (7) blocking the cabin exit hole of the specific component by using a second layer of shielding film, wherein the opening seam of the shielding film is required to be staggered from the opening seam of the first layer; 8) grounding the aluminized surface of the second layer of shielding film; (9) the periphery of the second layer of shielding film is pasted and sealed on the cabin plate around the cabin exit hole; and (10) pasting and sealing the periphery, in contact with the specific component, of the second-layer blocked shielding film.

    本发明提供一种卫星出舱孔屏蔽处理方法,包括如下步骤:1)按照封堵目标出舱孔的尺寸裁剪屏蔽膜;2)用第一层裁剪好的屏蔽膜在特定部件的出舱孔上进行试装;3)使用试装后的屏蔽膜对出舱孔内特定部件周边部分进行封堵,用单面压敏胶带对所述开缝进行贴封;4)进行接地;5)用单面压敏胶带将封堵的屏蔽膜周边贴封在出舱孔周围舱板上;6)用单面压敏胶带将封堵的屏蔽膜与特定部件接触的周边贴封;7)用第二层屏蔽膜对特定部件的出舱孔进行封堵,要求这一层屏蔽膜的开缝避与第一层的开缝错开;8)将第二层屏蔽膜的镀铝面进行接地;9)将第二层屏蔽膜周边贴封在出舱孔周围舱板上;10)将第二层封堵的屏蔽膜与特定部件接触的周边贴封。
