    本发明提供了用于调控飞行器气动阻力的仿生薄膜及其制备方法和应用,涉及气动减阻薄膜的制备技术领域,包括将不锈钢片用无水乙醇超声清洗,然后再在去离子水中超声5分钟,用氮气吹干;将ZrO2晶体倒入铜坩埚,调整夹角以及基底的自旋转速,设置沉积膜厚度与沉积速率;对ZrO2晶体进行预熔,在控制程序中将X轴交流电和Y轴直流电的电流大小设置为预设电流大小;当膜厚达到预设的膜厚时,电子束仪器自动停止运行;取出样品,得到具有仿生微结构的ZrO2三维纳米薄膜。本发明的有益效果为操作简便,制备快速,重复性高,成本低廉,能有效地制备出流体力学性能良好的纳米结构,能有效其改变表面流动特性、提高飞行器速度和效率以及调节气动性能。
