The invention discloses a self-alignment type hoisting device for a marine diesel engine piston and a using method, the self-alignment type hoisting device is used for hoisting a piston body, and the hoisting device comprises a calibration positioning part located in the piston body and an alignment type clamping part arranged on the outer wall of the calibration positioning part. By arranging the calibration positioning part and making contact with the inner wall of the piston body through the clamping piece, the calibration barrel is located in the center of the piston body, and after lifting equipment lifts the piston body to be disengaged from a containing area, a positioning arm in the alignment type clamping part is driven by a linkage piece to enable a positioning block to be automatically clamped into a piston ring groove in the outer wall of the piston body; the supporting plate makes contact with the bottom of the piston body, self-alignment clamping positioning of the lifting device on the piston body is completed, manual regulation and control are not needed, meanwhile, the mode that the piston body is clamped into a piston ring groove is adopted, manual forming of a groove in the outer wall of the piston body is not needed, the use cost is saved, and meanwhile the piston machining period cannot be prolonged.

    本发明公开了船用柴油机活塞用自对准式吊装装置及使用方法,用于吊装活塞本体,该吊装装置包括位于活塞本体内的校准定位部和设于校准定位部外壁的对准式卡合部。本发明通过设置有校准定位部,通过夹持件与活塞本体内壁接触,使得校准筒位于活塞本体中心,在起吊设备吊起活塞本体脱离放置区域后,对准式卡合部中的定位臂在联动件的驱使下使得定位块自动卡入活塞本体外壁活塞环槽内,支撑板与活塞本体底部接触,完成吊装装置对活塞本体的自对准卡合定位,无需人工调控的同时另一方面采用卡入活塞环槽的方式,无需人工另外在活塞本体外壁开设凹槽,节约使用成本的同时不会延长活塞加工周期。
