The invention discloses a water rescue and interception system which comprises a rope transmitting device, a rope receiving device, monitoring equipment and a controller, the rope transmitting device and the rope receiving device are arranged on the two sides of a river channel respectively, and the rope transmitting device and the rope receiving device are both electrically connected with the controller; the rope launching device launches a rescue interception rope to the rope receiving device and intercepts the rescue interception rope on a river channel; and the monitoring equipment is used for monitoring river surface information and is electrically connected with the controller. According to the invention, the condition of the river surface is monitored through the monitoring equipment, once people falling into water are found, the controller can immediately control the rope transmitting device to transmit the rescue intercepting rope to the rope receiving device, so that the rescue intercepting rope is intercepted on a river channel to provide a supporting point for the people falling into water, and the people falling into water can be self-rescued through the rescue intercepting rope; and meanwhile, sufficient time can be obtained through the rescue intercepting rope to wait for rescue, so that the rescue difficulty can be effectively reduced, and the probability that people falling into water are rescued is increased.

    本发明公开了一种水上救援及拦截系统,包括绳索发射装置、绳索接收装置、监控设备和控制器,所述绳索发射装置和绳索接收装置分别设置于河道两侧,且所述绳索发射装置和绳索接收装置均与所述控制器电连接;所述绳索发射装置向绳索接收装置发射救援拦截绳并拦截于河道上;所述监控设备用于监控河面信息并与所述控制器电连接。本发明,通过监控设备来监控河面状况,一旦发现有落水人员控制器会立即控制绳索发射装置向绳索接收装置发射救援拦截绳,从而拦截在河道上为落水人员提供支撑点,此时落水人员能够通过救援拦截绳展开自救,同时也可依靠救援拦截绳获取充足的时间等待救援,进而能够有效的降低救援难度,提高落水人员获救的几率。
