The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cells, in particular to a fuel cell system using an oxygen permeable membrane and a vehicle, the system comprises an air separator, a heater and an electric pile; the air separator comprises an outlet, an oxygen permeation assembly is detachably arranged on the outlet, the oxygen permeation assembly comprises a collecting cover and an oxygen permeation membrane which is arranged in the collecting cover and contains a barium perovskite material, and the heater is arranged on the oxygen permeation membrane; the electric pile is provided with an air side inlet; the outlet of the air separator is communicated with the air side inlet through the oxygen permeation assembly; according to the invention, oxygen in air can be separated through the oxygen permeable membrane, and the oxygen permeable membrane can be heated through the heater, so that the separation effect is improved, the oxygen is heated, and rapid heating of the galvanic pile is realized; meanwhile, by-products of the oxygen permeation membrane made of the barium perovskite material are collected through the collecting cover and are convenient to recycle, and part of barium carbonate in the by-products can be decomposed into barium oxide and carbon dioxide at high temperature through the heater, so that the service life of the oxygen permeation membrane is prolonged.

    本发明涉及燃料电池技术领域,具体涉及一种利用透氧膜的燃料电池系统以及车辆,所述系统包括空气分离器、加热器以及电堆;空气分离器包括出口,出口上可拆卸设置有透氧组件,透氧组件包括收集罩以及设置在收集罩内的含有钡钙钛矿材质的透氧膜,加热器设置在透氧膜上;电堆具有空气侧入口;空气分离器的出口通过透氧组件与空气侧入口连通;本发明通过透氧膜,能够将空气中的氧气分离出来,通过加热器,能够将透氧膜进行加热,提升分离效果并加热氧气,实现对电堆的快速加温;同时通过收集罩,将钡钙钛矿材质的透氧膜的副产物进行收集,方便回收利用,且通过加热器,能够将副产物中部分碳酸钡高温分解为氧化钡以及二氧化碳,实现透氧膜寿命的延长。
