The invention relates to the technical field of traffic organization optimization, and discloses a traffic organization and upstream intersection signal optimization method of a roundabout area, which comprises the following specific steps: taking a roundabout and upstream and downstream intersections adjacent to the roundabout as a roundabout area; the right-turn traffic flow of the roundabout is kept unchanged in the original passing mode; lane separation is carried out on a left-turn traffic flow and a straight traffic flow, the straight traffic flow runs clockwise in a loop road, and the left-turn traffic flow is separated out of the loop road and directly turns left through a left-turn special lane; interchanging the straight-going and left-turning traffic flow entrance lanes of the upstream intersection with opposite exit lanes; the left turn lane cut-off line of the upstream intersection is moved backwards; and traffic organization optimization of the roundabout area is completed. The method solves the problem that left turning and tail gas emission are not considered in the prior art, and has the characteristics of high efficiency and environmental protection.

    本发明涉及交通组织优化技术领域,公开了环形交叉口区域的交通组织及上游交叉口信号的优化方法,包括以下具体步骤:将环形交叉口与其相邻的上下游交叉口作为环形交叉口区域;将环形交叉口的右转车流维持原通行方式不变;将左转车流和直行车流进行车道分离,直行车流在环道内按顺时针方向行驶,而左转车流则被分离出环道,通过左转专用道直接左转;将上游交叉口的直行、左转车流进口道与对向出口道互换;将上游交叉口的左转车道截止线后移;完成环形交叉口区域的交通组织优化。本发明解决了现有技术没有考虑左转和尾气排放的问题,且具有高效环保的特点。
