The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle energy management, in particular to an ecological driving and energy management collaborative optimization method, which comprises the following steps of: constructing a vehicle following model simulation environment of a hybrid electric vehicle; based on an MADDPG algorithm and a neural network structure, creating an ecological driving and energy management agent network of the hybrid electric vehicle, and constructing an agent reward function; and based on the ecological driving and energy management agent network and the agent reward function, interacting the agent network with the vehicle following model simulation environment, training the interacted agent network to obtain optimal neural network parameters, compiling the optimal neural network parameters to a vehicle control unit, and performing vehicle following model simulation on the vehicle control unit. And online collaborative optimization of ecological driving and energy management is realized. The collaborative optimization control method provided by the invention has a relatively high convergence speed, and can improve the vehicle economy and meet the real-time application requirement on the basis of ensuring the driving safety and comfort.
