The crane braking torque intelligent detection device comprises a brake stress detection device, the brake stress detection device is arranged in a braking torque detection circuit, the braking torque detection circuit transmits detected stress data to a processor, and a braking glide amount detection algorithm is executed in the processor; the brake stress detection device comprises strain gauges arranged on a connecting shaft A and a connecting shaft B, and each strain gauge measures the friction force of a brake wheel so as to obtain a brake torque; the braking torque detection circuit comprises a processor, the processor is connected with a data interface through a system bus, and each strain gauge is connected to the data interface; the device can accurately measure the braking torque and the braking time of the brake, and through measurement of the device, the functions of crane glide quantity detection, crane brake health monitoring and the like can be achieved.
