The invention discloses a mechanical platform capable of being spliced. The mechanical platform comprises a bottom platform; the top table is arranged above the bottom table; the supporting assembly is arranged between the bottom table and the top table and used for adjusting the height and the gradient of the top table; and the splicing assemblies are distributed in the circumferential direction of the top platform, and the splicing assemblies are fixedly connected through fasteners in the state that the two mechanical splicing platforms are adjacent to each other. The vehicle-mounted movable platform is ingenious in structural design and high in automation degree, the adjacent splicing assemblies of every two adjacent vehicle-mounted movable platforms are connected through fasteners, the height and the inclination degree of the top platform are adjusted in cooperation with the supporting assemblies, and therefore the temporary platform for wheeled vehicles to pass through is formed and can be built anywhere and on site, the splicing assemblies are distributed in the circumferential direction of the top platform, and the splicing assemblies are convenient to assemble and disassemble. The splicing and building modes of the temporary platform are enriched, so that the flexibility and timeliness of loading and unloading of the wheeled vehicle on the railway flatcar are enhanced, and the rescue efficiency is improved.
