The invention relates to a low-temperature liquid tank leakage protection device for optimizing heat exchange, which is arranged between the outer surface of a heat insulation layer of a low-temperature liquid tank and an inner bottom structure of a ship body, and a low-temperature liquid discharge pipe is arranged right above the low-temperature liquid tank leakage protection device and is connected to a gap between an insulation layer and a liquid tank wall; a low-temperature rupture disk is arranged in the low-temperature liquid discharge pipe and is automatically opened when the wall of the liquid cargo tank is damaged and leaks, and leaked low-temperature liquid is drained to the low-temperature discharge pipe and finally discharged into the low-temperature liquid tank leakage protection device. On one hand, the enhanced heat exchange fins are reasonably arranged on the cover plate, the side wall and the bottom of the liquid bearing disc, so that the heat exchange amount between the liquid bearing disc body and the surrounding gas environment is increased while overflowing and splashing of low-temperature liquid are avoided; on the other hand, heat transferred in a direct contact heat conduction mode is reduced by arranging the heat insulation gaskets at the connecting positions of the liquid bearing disc, the supporting legs and the ship body inner bottom structure, and the heat transfer amount transferred through heat radiation and convective heat transfer is reduced by arranging the heat insulation protection layer on the ship body inner bottom structure.

    本发明涉及一种优化换热的低温液舱泄漏保护装置,布置在低温液舱的隔热层外表面与船体内底结构之间,正上方布置低温液体泄放管,并连接到绝缘层和液货舱舱壁之间的空隙;低温液体泄放管内部设置低温爆破片,在液货舱舱壁发生破损泄漏时自动打开,将被泄漏的低温液体引流至低温泄放管,最终排放到低温液舱泄漏保护装置内。一方面通过合理地在承液盘盖板,侧壁以及底部设置强化换热翅片,在避免低温液体发生溢溅的同时,增加承液盘本体和周围气体环境之间的换热量;另一方面通过在承液盘、支撑腿、船体内底结构连接接处设置隔热垫片减少通过直接接触热传导方式传递的热量,在船体内底结构上设置隔热保护层,减少通过热辐射和对流换热传递的传热量。
