The tracked robot for tunnel construction measurement comprises a robot body and a measurement control system, the robot body comprises a leveling instrument, a monitoring camera, a lifting structure, a debugging panel, a frame and a walking mechanism, the leveling instrument is arranged at the upper end of the lifting structure, and a total station is arranged at the upper end of the leveling instrument; a millimeter wave radar and a laser distance measuring sensor are arranged at the front end of the frame, an alarm lamp and a gas sensor are arranged on the two sides of the lifting structure, an emergency stop button and an atmospheric pressure and temperature and humidity sensor are arranged on the back face of the lifting structure, and the laser radar is installed at the upper end of the robot body. Manual measurement is replaced by a machine, risks caused by manual measurement are reduced, meanwhile, climatic factors such as temperature, humidity, gas content and air pressure in the tunnel, and tunnel extension angles, levelness and the like can be measured, and meanwhile, the device can be suitable for being used in tunnels in different environments.

    本发明公开了一种用于隧道施工测量的履带式机器人,包括机器人主体和测量控制系统,机器人主体包括调平仪、监控相机、升降结构、调试面板、车架和行走机构,升降结构上端设有调平仪,调平仪上端设有全站仪,所述车架的前端设有毫米波雷达和激光测距传感器,所述升降结构的两侧设有报警灯和气体传感器,升降结构的背面设有急停按钮和大气压力及温湿度传感器,所述机器人主体的上端安装有激光雷达;本发明通过机器取代人工测量,降低了人工测量带来的风险,同时能测量隧道内部温度、湿度、气体含量、气压等气候因素,及隧道延伸角度、水平度等,同时能适用于不同环境下隧道的使用。
