The invention discloses an energy recovery system and method of a vehicle suspension, a vehicle-mounted terminal and a vehicle, and the energy recovery system of the vehicle suspension comprises a heat exchange part, a cooling liquid flow channel and a control valve; a damping oil liquid flow channel and a cooling liquid flow channel of the vehicle are connected into the heat exchange component, and heat exchange is carried out in the heat exchange component. The cooling liquid flow channel comprises a first circulation passage and a second circulation passage which are arranged in parallel, and the first circulation passage is used for supplying heat to a cabin of the vehicle; the second circulation path is used for supplying heat to a battery pack of the vehicle; the control valve is arranged on the cooling liquid flow channel and used for controlling the first circulation path and the second circulation path to be connected or disconnected. In the moving process of a vehicle, shock absorber oil flows through different shock absorber valve system holes to generate heat, the heat exchange component is arranged to conduct out the heat of the shock absorber oil flow channel, and the heat is brought to a cabin or a battery pack through the cooling liquid flow channel to be recycled, so that the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced, and the endurance mileage of the vehicle is increased.

    本申请公开了一种车辆悬架的能量回收系统及方法、车载终端、车辆,其中,车辆悬架的能量回收系统包括换热部件、冷却液流道和控制阀门;车辆的减震油液流道和冷却液流道均接入换热部件,在换热部件内进行热交换;冷却液流道包括并联设置的第一循环通路和第二循环通路,第一循环通路用于向车辆的座舱供热;第二循环通路用于向车辆的电池包供热;控制阀门设置于冷却液流道上,用于控制第一循环通路和第二循环通路的导通或者关闭。在车辆运动过程中减震器油液流过不同的减震器阀系孔从而产生热量,通过设置换热部件将减震油液流道的热量传导出来,并通过冷却液流道带到座舱或者电池包上回收利用,有利于降低整车能耗,提升车辆续航里程。
