According to the CTC technology-oriented super integrated power battery system provided by the invention, the battery monomer shell and the battery pack shell are structurally integrated, and the adjacent battery cells share the shell, so that not only is the space utilization rate improved, but also the material consumption is reduced, and the cost is reduced while the energy density of the battery system is increased; the liquid cooling plate is directly used as a part of the battery pack shell and is in direct contact with the battery cell, so that the cooling effect is enhanced, and the energy density of a battery system is improved; the variable stiffness foam is arranged between the battery cell and the shell, so that constant pressure can be applied to the battery cell, the stability of the electrolyte content of the battery cell part is maintained, and the service life of the battery is prolonged; the liquid cooling plate is arranged on the top and connected with the vehicle body, so that the battery cell is prevented from bearing the load of a compartment and passengers, the service life of the battery is prolonged, and the safety of the battery is improved; and the tabs and the explosion-proof valve of the battery are arranged downwards, so that the risk that the safety of passengers in an automobile compartment is endangered due to thermal runaway of the battery pack is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种面向CTC技术的超级集成式动力电池系统,本发明将电池单体壳体与电池包壳体进行结构集成,并使相邻电芯之间共用壳体,既提高了空间利用率,又减少了材料用量,在增加电池系统的能量密度的同时降低了成本;将液冷板直接作为电池包壳体的一部分,与电芯直接接触,增强了冷却效果,提升了电池系统的能量密度;在电芯与壳体之间布置变刚度泡棉,能够对电芯施加恒定的压力并维持电芯部分电解液含量的稳定,延长了电池的使用寿命;将液冷板上置并与车身连接,避免了电芯承受车厢及乘员的载荷,提高了电池的使用寿命和安全性;将电池的极耳和防爆阀朝下布置,降低了电池包因热失控而危及汽车车厢内乘员安全的风险。
