The invention relates to a housing system (220) mounted between an upstream solenoid valve (122a) of an upstream pipe (116a) and a downstream solenoid valve (122b) of a downstream pipe (116b), and comprising: a housing (222) divided by a partition wall (234) into a second volume (230b) and a first volume (230a) placed under a reduced pressure; a heat exchanger (232) fixed within the housing (222), having a first inlet (236a) arranged in the first volume (230a) and connected to the upstream tube (116a) and a first outlet (238b) arranged in the second volume (230b) and connected to the downstream tube (116b); and a control unit (50) that closes the solenoid valve (122a-b) when a deviation between two consecutive pressure values in the first volume (230a) or the second volume (230b) is greater than a threshold value. Such a housing system enables the housing to be isolated in the event of leakage.
