The invention discloses a cooling system control device based on heat dissipation power prediction, which comprises a component needing to be cooled, a radiator, a water pump, a communicating water pipe, a temperature sensor, a fan and an intelligent controller 300, and a control signal is output to directly and indirectly control operation of a cooling system water pump and a fan. The method can be used for real-time active control over the vehicle cooling system, and advanced adjustment of the heat dissipation performance is achieved through dynamic accurate control over parts of the cooling system so as to reduce the thermal runaway risk of the cooled parts.
