The invention relates to a tethered satellite-rocket separation device and a separation method, which are used for realizing connection and separation between a spacecraft and an upper stage of a rocket in an advanced space launching task, and have the characteristics of no initiating explosive device, small separation impact and reusability. The separating device comprises a bolt catcher, a bearing bolt, a shear-resistant sleeve, a spring thruster, a rope, a steering fixed pulley, a rope winding drum, a motor and the like. According to the separation method, a spring thruster is adopted to provide initial separation force, and a satellite obtains an initial speed under the action of the separation force and leaves an upper stage; a rope winding and unwinding mechanism (comprising a steering fixed pulley, a rope reel, a motor and the like) releases a rope along with the movement of a satellite, and under the action of a centrifugal force field, an upper stage cooperates with the rope winding and unwinding mechanism to control the length and tension of the rope to ensure that the rope is in a tensioned state all the time; the rope take-up and pay-off mechanism gradually releases the rope, and the satellite gradually gets away from the upper stage; after the separation distance is reached, the rope is separated from the satellite, the rope retracting mechanism retracts the rope, and separation is finished.

    一种绳系星箭分离装置及分离方法,用于实现先进空间发射任务中空间飞行器与火箭上面级间的连接分离,具有无火工品、分离冲击小、可重复使用的特点。分离装置包括螺栓捕获器、承载螺栓、抗剪套筒、弹簧推力器、绳索、转向定滑轮、绳索卷筒、电机等;所述分离方法,采用弹簧推力器提供初始分离力,卫星在分离力作用下获得初始速度,离开上面级;绳索收放机构(含转向定滑轮、绳索卷筒、电机等)随卫星运动放出绳索,在离心力场作用下,上面级协同绳索收放机构进行绳索长度和张力控制,保证绳索时刻处于张紧状态;绳索收放机构逐渐放出绳索,卫星逐渐远离上面级;到达分离距离后,绳索与卫星分离,绳索收放机构收回绳索,分离结束。
