The invention relates to the technical field of automobile control, and particularly discloses a backup anti-lock control method and system based on ABS decentralized control and a vehicle. The method comprises the steps that vehicle acceleration signals, wheel speed signals of all wheels and brake pedal stroke signals are continuously collected; according to the vehicle acceleration signal and the wheel speed signal of each wheel, whether a single wheel of the vehicle is in a locked state or not is judged; when a single wheel of the vehicle is in a locked state, whether the vehicle executes a first anti-lock control strategy or not is judged according to the acceleration signal of the vehicle and the wheel speed signal of each wheel; if the vehicle does not execute the first anti-lock control strategy, a fault activation signal is generated, and the vehicle is controlled to execute the second anti-lock control strategy. According to the method, the anti-lock function of a single wheel can be achieved, function redundant backup is increased, the safety performance of the vehicle is improved, meanwhile, a main cylinder oil outlet pipe is directly connected to a wheel edge brake, and the service life of the vehicle is prolonged. System arrangement space is saved; and oil pipe length is reduced.
