The invention discloses an intelligent driving tractor energy-saving control method based on PTO power prediction, and the method comprises the steps: enabling a motion control system based on an MPC algorithm to predict the speed and acceleration of a tractor in a time domain in the future with the maximum continuous operation area and low energy consumption of the tractor as a control target; transmitting the predicted speed and acceleration of the tractor to an energy management system based on the Pontryagin minimum principle, and providing data support for the energy management system; the PTO power prediction system based on the Markov prediction model predicts the tractor PTO power in a time domain in the future, and transmits the predicted tractor PTO power to the energy management system based on the Pontryagin minimum principle to provide data support for the energy management system; the energy management system based on the Pontryagin minimum principle obtains the optimal fuel cell output power through the predicted tractor speed and acceleration and the predicted tractor PTO power so as to improve the economical efficiency, motion control, PTO power prediction and energy management are combined, and the prediction accuracy is improved.
