The invention discloses a ground effect high-speed amphibious vehicle which is composed of a vehicle frame and suspension system, a power and transmission system, a land running system, a ship body and vehicle body system, a lift force and water surface propelling system and an operation control system. Aerodynamic force and a surface effect are well utilized, and a stable dynamic air cushion is generated by the specially arranged vehicle wings, so that the vehicle body can completely leave the water surface to slide at a high speed, and the vehicle body can be driven by the wheels to run on the land in a cross-country mode; supporting force needed by water surface sliding is provided by the folding vehicle wings, propulsive force needed by water surface running is provided by the duct air propellers, and driving force needed by land running is provided by the wheels. The amphibious vehicle is a novel amphibious vehicle which really realizes continuous high-speed stable operation in all water areas including marshes and water network zones and all terrains including sand beaches and muddy road surfaces, so that the amphibious vehicle can better adapt to and meet various urgent needs of military and emergency departments.
