The invention discloses a ship berthing method based on high-altitude surveying and mapping and computer-aided identification. The ship berthing method comprises the following steps: displaying a water body area map on a large screen of a command center in a ship; navigation mark setting preparation; a driver of the beacon vessel controls the unmanned aerial vehicle to automatically fly to the sky above the position of the navigation mark to be operated through the terminal, overlooks the airborne camera at a vertically downward angle, and then automatically flies to navigation mark equipment to be operated and hovers; a tablet personal computer of a driver, a command center large screen of a command center and a tablet personal computer of a deck operator can synchronously receive live broadcast images of the unmanned aerial vehicle, then a ship route is set for driving, and the ship is controlled to run according to a control instruction. Various intelligent computer algorithms are adopted, intelligent monitoring is achieved, and the defects that in the prior art, manual operation is low in efficiency and poor in operation precision are overcome.
