The invention relates to an RGV lifting shaft and vehicle body positioning pin self-adaptive speed cooperative lifting method, and belongs to the technical field of vehicle automation. Two sets of vehicle body positioning mechanisms and one set of rail guided vehicle RGV are combined, a floating plate 1 is arranged on a lifting plate 2, the lifting plate 2 is controlled to ascend and descend through an iron chain 3, a gear 6 is controlled to rotate by a driver 8, a rack 5 is matched with the gear 6, the rack 5 drives a vehicle body positioning pin 7 to ascend and descend, and a sensor 4 is arranged at the limiting position of the rack 5 and used for sensing the position of the vehicle body positioning pin 7; through a software program, the RGV lifting shaft and the vehicle body positioning pin servo are combined for use, and by means of PLC calculation, the major risk caused by the phenomenon that after parameters are set unsatisfactorily, personnel abut against a power battery or a vehicle body can be avoided. The method is a reliable, fast and convenient solution for later maintenance.

    本发明涉及一种RGV举升轴与车身定位销自适应速度的协同升降方法,属于车辆自动化技术领域。将2套车身定位机构和1套有轨制导车辆RGV组合,浮动板1设置在升降板2上,升降板2通过铁链3控制升降,齿轮6受驱动8控制转动,齿条5与齿轮6配合,齿条5带动车身定位销7升降,齿条5限位处设有感应器4,用于感应车身定位销7的位置;通过软件程序,将RGV升降轴与车身定位销伺服组合起来使用,PLC计算可以避免人员将参数设置不理想后顶到动力电池或者车体的现象引发重大风险。是一种可靠、快捷且后期维护更方便的一种解决方案。
