A pipe grabbing crane for FLNG is provided with bottom supporting systems which are symmetrically arranged left and right, a shaft sleeve is fixed between the two bottom supporting systems, each bottom supporting system comprises two bases, a lifting body, a first-stage hydraulic cylinder, a lifting arm and a second-stage hydraulic cylinder, the two bases are hinged to the lifting body and the first-stage hydraulic cylinder respectively, and the top of the first-stage hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the top of the lifting body. A lifting arm is hinged to the top of the lifting body and controlled through a secondary hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder body of the secondary hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the middle of the lifting body, and the top of a hydraulic rod of the secondary hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the lifting arm. The free ends of the lifting arms are connected with the ends of the shaft sleeves, the shaft sleeves are fixed between the two lifting arms, and multiple sets of lifting hook systems are fixed to the shaft sleeves. According to the hoisting device, all the LNG output hose connectors can be hoisted at the same time, the hoisting operation efficiency of the output hose connectors is greatly improved during FLNG output operation, and precious offshore operation time is saved. Compared with an existing FLNG special output arm, the FLNG output arm has the same operation efficiency, and the monopoly of foreign equipment for efficiently hoisting output hose joints is broken through.

    一种FLNG用抓管吊,有左、右对称设置的底部支撑系统,两个底部支撑系统支撑之间固定有轴套,底部支撑系统包括两个底座、吊体、一级液压缸、吊臂、二级液压缸,两个底座分别与吊体、一级液压缸铰接,一级液压缸顶部与吊体顶部铰接。吊体顶部铰接有吊臂,吊臂通过二级液压缸控制,二级液压缸的缸体与吊体中部铰接,二级液压缸的液压杆顶部与吊臂铰接。吊臂自由端与轴套端部连接,轴套固定在两个吊臂中间,轴套上固定有多组吊钩系统。本发明可以同时吊运所有LNG外输软管接头,大大提高了FLNG外输作业时,外输软管接头的吊运作业效率,节省宝贵的海上作业时间。与现今FLNG专用外输臂具有同等的作业效率,打破了国外对高效吊运外输软管接头设备的垄断。
