The invention relates to an aircraft wing and fuselage assembly auxiliary system, belongs to the technical field of aircraft assembly, and solves the problems that the mounting position is difficult to accurately determine and the assembly efficiency is low in the aircraft assembly process. The system comprises a bracket supporting part, a visual guiding part, an industrial control center and a carrying assembly. The visual guiding part is mounted on the machine body mounting assembly; the bracket supporting component comprises a flexible supporting assembly and a bracket assembly. Two ends of the bracket assembly are connected with flexible supporting assemblies; the wing mounting assembly is clamped on the flexible supporting assembly; the carrying assembly comprises a carrying unit and a supporting frame adjusting unit. The lower end of the supporting frame adjusting unit is connected with the carrying unit, and the upper end of the supporting frame adjusting unit is connected with the lower end of the bracket assembly. The industrial control center can receive signals transmitted by the visual guiding component and the bracket supporting component and control the carrying assembly and the bracket supporting component to conduct displacement adjustment. The system is suitable for large component hole series butt joint assembly easy to deform, and the application range is wide.
